Accommodation
There are two different types of Accommodation; Serviced and Non-Serviced. A serviced type of accommodation would be something like the Hilton Hotel, a non-serviced type of accommodation would be camping for instance in Wales; Shell Island. Serviced accommodations are not only just Hotels (half board/full board/all inclusive) or B&B's they also include serviced accommodation on cruise lines and various apartments, non-serviced accommodations include campsites, caravan sites, some apartments and villa's mainly.
Serviced...
The ownership of the Hilton Hotel is very private; the Hilton Hotel provides 'Top notch service' for the customers. There are different hotels for different budgets even privately owned such as the Hilton offer different serviced hotels to meet different customer needs e.g. 4/5 Star Hotels. As well as 4/5 star hotels there are hotels that meet tourists need who are on a budget such as the Premier Inn, who are lower priced than hotels such as The Hilton but they still try to offer a good service: "A warm welcome, comfortable beds, great food and surprisingly low prices. Stay with us and see why everything's Premier but the price." (Source: www.premierinn.com).
Non-Serviced...
Camping is more of a public ownership although you do normally have to book where you stay therefore it could be private, camping is totally different it’s more a 'Do it yourself'. Also there are many different campsites all over the UK; with different facilities some with showers, some without, and some with electricity points, again some without. Shell Island provides showers and toilets as well as a laundrette.
